Storage is straightforward, this is a meat product. It goes in the cheese drawer of the fridge to extend shelf life. Open or closed - it goes in the cheese drawer.
We recommend, although it is NOT necessary:
1. Rinse your biltong under cold running water to remove the spices.
2. Pat thoroughly dry with a paper towel.
3. Slice super thin (shaved) like ham, prosciutto, or twinkling petal wings of supernatural meat fairies.
4. Enjoy - ideally by sharing with loved ones!
